In order to pivot 72 Hair’s focus from high-street salons to direct-to-consumer business, a combination of both paid & organic tactics were required. We produced stand-out photography & video assets, packed with education, along with influencer campaigns that drove action from key communities whilst simultaneously building social proof. Optimising Ad spend towards building an engaged customer database created a new revenue stream for the brand focussed on lifetime value.
